Shipping policy
Current Dispatch Times: 1-3 Working Days
Shipping within the UK:
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 - some larger items will be send via 2nd class or special delivery. The cost is dependant on the size and weight of your order. This service usually takes 1-3 working days from the date of your order being dispatched.

Pre Orders
Pre Orders are sent to arrive after release, please select 1st class delivery if your order is time sensitive - orders containing a mix of in stock & pre orders will be dispatched once all item are available for their release dates. Please note: Magic the gathering products can only be dispatched on or after release date as per their contract.
International Shipping
Please note: we only ship clothing internationally.
Royal Mail International - Generally parcel arrive within 2-5 weeks from dispatch. - Although due to the holiday period this can take longer - please select DHL if you need your parcel quickly.
DHL Express (A tracked service) and generally arrive in 2-6 working days from dispatch depending on location.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs charged incurred by ordering from the UK.
The cost is determined by size, weight & location and is calculated by DHL.
Proxy Addresses
We do not ship to freight forwarding companies, proxy addresses, or third-party logistics warehouses. Orders placed using such addresses may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activity and to ensure the safe delivery of goods.
Returns
We hope you're super happy with your order, however if you're not & you would like to return something please do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. The items must be in all the original packaging and 'new' unsealed condition and unworn.

Liability for Supplementary Costs
At ENDGAME, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and accurately. However, in the rare event of an issue, our policy is as follows:
Delays: Unfortunately, delivery delays are beyond our control once an order has been dispatched. While we cannot accept liability for any supplementary costs resulting from delayed deliveries, we will do our best to provide updates and assist in resolving any issues with the courier.
Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, we will promptly offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Missed Deliveries:
If delivery is attempted and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, we can refund the order (minus postage costs) or resend it once postage is paid again.
Misrouted Orders: If an order is misrouted, we will assess the situation based on the details provided. If the original delivery address was entered correctly at the time of purchase, we will take responsibility and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
