What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa Credit & Visa Debit.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery can vary as it depends on both location and the size and weight of your order, for further details, please check the shipping page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Items will be dispatched within 3 days of ordering. (In busier periods this can take longer but this will be listed at the top of the shipping page) Orders to the UK usually take 1-3 days from the dispatch date. For international orders please see the shipping page for more information.

How do I return something?

If your order is damaged, you’re not happy with it or you’ve simply changed your mind please email:

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned as new and unworn or used. They must be returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged/faulty.

Please email: before returning any items.
We cannot accept returns for items that were needed for Christmas & arrived after.
